What is the rationale for Tamil Nadu Government’s (=Karunanidhi) plans to take over Cable TV business. I have no clue. Except that before the family problems, they wanted SUN TV’s cable distribution arm Sumangali Cable Vision to have a monopoly on that. When Jayalalitha wanted to do the same (taking over cable), Karunanidhi ran to Governor’s bungalow to stop the same.

Do these guys even care one single bit about the people of Tamil Nadu - including the loyals who voted for them. There is no water in Chennai, roads are damaged, infrastructure is crumbling with no plans to expand, the city is expanding at a greater rate with more IT businesses moving in, all the neighbouring states are threatening in anything that involves Tamil Nadu.

Krishna, Paalaru from Andhra, Cauvery from Karnataka and Mullai Periyaru and Raliways Divisional office in Salem by Kerala. When are these politicians of Tamilnadu going to stop doing the revenge politics. WTH cares if they give free TV, what we need is basic needs for the people - food, water, shelter, health and support for the farmers.

But we can see one thing, once the family problem is resolved and they are back in business together, people who are in the middle are going to get crushed and the new govt. cable will merge with SUN TV. The politicians are in not for public service, but making whatever is public is their own. They are not public servants rather have become dictators.

Only time will tell what to become of this beautiful state, we call Tamizh Nadu.
